I have just renewed my PRTG maintenance / support contract and received a new license key. I am currently running the following level of software:

Do I run auto update, enter the new key, and / or in what order do I do this?

Thank you very much for your KB-Post. Yes, with a new license key, please first Enter it into the application and make sure the license is successfully activated. Once this then is accomplished, you can use the Auto-Update to get the latest version of PRTG.
