Hi there,

i run PRTG on the server08 and monitor 7 more servers with the software.

Last weekend I updated all servers with the latest windows updates and since then I got the error (Code: PE018) on the server07 at the "Windows-Updates-Status" sensor.

I use this sensor on all other server as well, but there I got no error. Only at server07.

Do you have any advice for me?

This kind of issue is best solved with direct support contact, because it is easier to send screenshots. Please contact support@paessler.com, describe the issue and send some screenshots of one of the sensors which makes trouble. We would need a screenshot of

  • the sensor overview tab
  • the sensor logs tab
  • the settings tab (multiple screenshots if necessary to cover all options.)

Please capture the whole PRTG user interface in any screenshot and send them as email file attachment.
