Sensor is not getting added

Hi,

I am trying to install PRTG traffic grapher in my windows server 2003 service pack 2, using my routers WAN IP also tried with LAN IP, configured snmp string, SNMP port 161, but still getting connection refused kindly revert on this

Is the PRTG server in the allowed hosts of the router (in the SNMP configuration)?
Are the device settings set up correctly?

Note
Windows 2003 is no longer supported by PRTG, you might want to update it.
