I keep getting the below error:

800700A4: No more threads can be created in the system- Note: the OS version of the device could not be determined, WMI might not work reliably.

Could anyone please assist?

What's the monitored hosts OS? And PRTGs OS?

Please check this user's finding regarding Windows Server 2008 R2 and check if it applies in your case:

Which in turn will point you to this Microsoft article that will point you to a hotfix for it:
