I have a cisco WLC. I want to monitor the MAC address. I have selected the custom option and selected MAC address however the mac address is not getting populated. Thank you.

Hi there,

This is most likely the case if the flows contain the amount of traffic, but no source or destination addresses. Please enable the Log Stream Data to Disk (for Debugging) > All stream data option and forward the results to the email address support@paessler.com. Please refer to this Knowledge Base article. I will review the results to see what's reported by the WLC device.
