Hi,

If I install a probe I get a message on my PRTG system that a new probe has been found. Once I click accept. It show disconnected and can't connect. The error log from the probe looks like this.

Hi Commitment,

I edited your post to remove the public IP addresses from the log files.

The Remote Probe will receive the IP addresses of the Setup > System Administration > Cluster table. Exchange the IP addresses with the DNS names of the Cluster Nodes. Internally, these DNS names will be resolved to the private IP addresses, externally, they will be resolved to the public IP address of the gateway.

You might need to enter the DNS name / Public IP address once on the Remote Probe to establish the first connection. This can be done via the PRTG Administrator Tool on the Remote Probe Host.
