Hi Hitesh,

You can enable the Show alarm for all "disconnected" states in the settings of the SNMP Traffic Sensor. This will change the status as soon as the interfaces are down. You can then create a notifications and add a state trigger to the sensor or parent device.

but i didn't get any mail of up/down notification.

Please check the "Logs" tab of one of the sensors. Was the trigger activated? Can you send test notifications via Setup > Account Settings > Notifications?

Please do also check the global notification log: Logs > System Events > Notifications. Are there any logs for this sensor?
