Get this error " Structural error in xml file, 15 open items". Tried reinstall the application, changed the port from 8080 to others, still the same.

Changing ports and reinstalling won't help in that case, unfortunately. The error simply means that your configuration got corrupted. In order to get PRTG into a working state again, please proceed as outlined in our Configuration Restore Guide.

I restored the configuration.dat previous backup, all doesn't work.

Copied the configuration.dat from other PRTG server, it starts to work.

Every configuration backup from your backup folder doesn't work? When was the last time the server was restarted?
