Is there a way I'd like to see on the web more like enterprise console window, the alarm pop-up message ?? enterprise console just like the pop-up window . And I ever know where the path of the popup message ?

You may want to enable Desktop Notifications - that's the web interface's equivalent of the ECs popup messages :)
