Please explain the % in the PING Graph

Can someone please explain what the % column on the right side of the Ping Graph means? I only have Downtime, Ping Time, and Packet Loss showing. Im sure its simple, but im just not making sense of it. (tried to attach a ss but was unable)

Hi there,

The legend with the explanation of the values is shown below the graphs on the right side. The percentage value of the Ping Sensor displays the "Downtime" of this sensor.
