Using the sensor factory to get packet loss average for N minutes

I have tried using a free custom XML/EXE script; however, I get an error "Unable to remote server."

Any ideas using the sensor factory to get the packet loss average of 5 minutes from the PING sensor.

Yes, it is :) Maybe there is a simpler way to do it through just using the factory sensor? I need help from PRTG Support or PRTG Tools Family since I have been trying for a few days to make this work for us and others.
