A PRTG sensor to monitor and alert if "xyz website" is not accessible or if server refused to connec

Could you please help me out what I needed to do to monitor a website. It would be great if you could explain step by step.

Add a new device in PRTG
Set the URL (e.g. www.google.com) as device address
Add one (or more) of our http sensors to the device
Configure them accordingly
