Can Not Receive internal emails from the same Domain through out Exchange 2013

hey there ..

when am sending a massage from email account HR@abc.local to email account it@abc.local

the massage stay in the Sent Box but Not Received by the Destination and Not appear in him Inbox .

I Need Help Please .

This doesn't sound like a PRTG related problem; however, are there any error logs within your exchange?
