Dear MAA
Please note that custom intervals are not officially supported. The intervals are defined in the file historicdata.htm found in the PRTG installation folder, subfolder webroot. Please note that an PRTG software update will restore this file to default.
If you generate a historic data query, the webbrowser link generates looks like
/historicdata_html.htm?id=2982&sdate=2016-04-04-18-57-00&edate=2016-04-05-18-57-00&avg=3600&pctavg=300&pctshow=false&pct=95&pctmode=false
You can manually edit the URL and enter other values (in seconds.) Please be reminded that unusual intervals could have strange side effects.
