My company give to our clint's webhosting, and email service, the main server is a cpanel.

we want to monitor out custumers email with round trip mail, i just create two account's in outlook and gmail.

i'm trying to configure Round Trip Mail, but allways get the same code error 1006 connection refused, i just try everything, use a gmail account or a outlook, but same error always.

configuration's are:

email settings: from: xxxx@outlook.pt to: xx@mycompany.pt helo Id: smtp-mail.outlook.com

STEP 1: SEND EMAIL TO PARENT DEVICE USING SMTP port: 25 autetications: username/password Username: xxx@outlook.pt password: xx@mycompany.pt SMTP Specific: Use TLS is availble using startTLS (default).

Please have a look at this reply for the possible reasons for the

Error Connection to SMTP Server: Socket Error # 10061 Connection refused

message. This will also apply to the email roundtrip sensor.
