Hello,

We need to create a settings with a equal step of time between the graphs and equal number of values.

For example (10x step):

16 hours (1min) = 960 values; 7 days (10min Avg) = 1008 values; 70 days (2h Avg) = 840 values; 730 days (1d Avg) = 730 values;

currently this is not possible...

correct, this is not possible. Currently this is also not planned for the near future.
However, PRTG offers an API which allows to pull graphs as well. Best regards
