Both PRTG Probe Service and PRTG Core Serrver Service is running.But prtg administrator can not login in no matter via prtg console and The browser .At this time service 80 port in state of listening. I Tried to restart the service. then prtg administrator can login in via The browser.However Lost connection with PRTG server after a while.

Hmmm.. Could it be that there is another service or software which listens to port 80? Or even a softwarefirewall / Antivirus which is running? Strange behavior you have there. Have you tried to configure, with the prtg administrator, a different listening port? like 8881 or something? Also check if you are able to connect to the webservice via every IP not only 127.0.0.1
