I tried to use SNMP but it gives me the total traffic not for specific users.

Hi Firas

You have to keep in mind that the ASA cannot differ between users, how should it. Thats only possible with a proxy on which users have to authenticate. You are able to see the IP adresses which cause the traffic in the netflow sensor detail.

when i tried Netflow V9, it gave me the traffic for each user "each ip pass the firewall" but i obtained them totally (sum(upload, download)). i need them separately.

Hi Fira

Hmm.. I don't think that's possible, not in my knowledge. You may have to use a different tool for achieving that. Let's wait, maybe paessler support has an answer.

Hi Firas

Another solution which came in to my mind if you really, really want to measure up/down for every user..

Create a Network Sensor on every computer, then you are able to create reports to see which computer uses the most Up/down bandwith. Or you measure it on your switch, if your switch is able to send you per port statistics by SNMP.
