I'm trying to update my installation from 16.1.21.1691 to 16.1.22.2252+ (free license)
Everytime a receive a error.
I know there is a version 16.1.22.2252+
(Dutch)
Nieuwe Opdracht ticket: Download van de software update was niet succesvol [2-3-2016 15:17:17] AutoUpdate: Fout tijdens het downloaden van update (Socket Error # 11004 ).
How can I fix this?

we appreciate your contact.
Could it be that you have a proxy or firewall in place which prevents the auto-update from getting the installer from our servers? If you're using a proxy please keep in mind that it needs to be configured under Setup > System Administration > Core & Probes.
Alternatively, you may simply head to paessler.com/download and download the latest freeware installer, it can be installed directly on top of the running version to update it.
