Migration von PRTG Installation Server 2008R2 auf Server 2012

Hallo zusammen,

ich würde gerne entsprechend der Empfehlungen (Für optimales Monitoring mit PRTG empfehlen wir Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 oder neuer für den PRTG Core Service und Probe Service.) von PRTG meine Installation auf einen 2012er Server wandern lassen.

Wie bekomme ich das am charmantesten ohne mehrtägige Downtime und allen Einstellungen und geloggten Datensätzen hin?
