I got networked Camera Hikvision which sensor is suited for it?

I used portsensor, httpsensor, ping, each one failes with timed out/down, but the camera is working perfectly, I configured it with a static ip, this only happens to the cameras i got every other device and my server works fine no issue at all???

It could be possible that the device does't respond to ICMP packets. If it features SNMP, you might want to use the MIB file from hikvision. I found this one. You should be able to monitor the camera with the SNMP Library Sensor, given that the MIB file matches the device.
