Integrate prtg with snmpt4j agent

Hi,

I've got a java application running on tomcat where I've got an agent implementation using snmp4j which is very simple and is similar to the one here http://www.jayway.com/2010/05/21/introduction-to-snmp4j/. Just a normal mib table containing some objects. So I am a complete newbie in prtg and I would like to know how to integrate my app for monitoring ? Thank you
