Good day. I am using PRTG since long time. And i want to create a user for my PRTG only monitoring. The can't change any think. he just monitor the prtg. is that possible?. plz help me. give me the solution.

Hi Mudassar

You have to have Administrative rights in PRTG to do that. Go to Setup -System Administration - User Accounts.

Create a new User which has only READ rights, There is an option when creating the user "READ ONLY RIGHTS". Tick that and everything is fine.

Or, you create a MAP with public access. Then you can give him/her an URL, on which she/he sees the monitors, without creating a user.
