Dear,
I'm trying to monitor the traffic which goes over our Vlans, but when I open the sensor for the Vlan the only thing I see is 1kb/s which is impossible.
I've configured the snmp settings on our switches and routers but I'm still not able to see it.
When I look at the interfaces directly I could see traffic which is very real.
Could you please help me further?
Thank you in advance,
Abdullah Aslan

Hello Abdullah Aslan (.
Your device is probably not incrementing the counters for that interface, monitoring VLAN's can be rather tricky, not all devices from all vendors will support this depending on the scenario.
Please review the following articles, as they refer to a Cisco switch. Depending on the case you can enable counters that will then bring the correct results:
Please understand that this refers to devices's configuration and we can only provide limited support regarding that matter as we don't have all types of hardware from all vendors to perform further testing.
