My SNMP traffic sensor seems to be dropping as soon as the total bandwidth hits 1.2G/s. is there any kind of cap on the sensors?

Hello,
we appreciate your contact.
You may perceive a cap at around 650 Mbits when using the 32-bit variant of the traffic sensor due to overflows of the SNMP Counters. More info here: KB: SNMP Traffic Sensor suddenly drops at 610Mbps
But there's no limitation after that, you should be able to monitor 10G or faster interfaces without issues.
- What's the speed of the interface that you're monitoring?
- Which speed/traffic is displayed within the device's CLI/Web-interface when the traffic sensor in PRTG drops traffic at 1.2Gbit?
