Northbound vs Southbound Interface

Hi All,

We are working with an EMS that supports a "Northbound Interface". We would like to push that data into PRTG and create reports.

Does PRTG integrate with this Northbound interface from our EMS?

Hi Matt,

It depends on the protocol which your EMS uses. PRTG for examples offers the possibilities to receive the XML and JSON format using the HTTP Push Data Advanced Sensor, or receive syslog messages using the Syslog Receiver Sensor.
