My PRTG not start

3:03:00 PM - 0% - Starting PRTG Core Server (1/20/2016) 3:03:00 PM - 1% - Read basic OSK Definitions: OK 3:03:00 PM - 2% - Read mail template defaults: OK 3:03:02 PM - 3% - Initialize Sensor Types: OK 3:03:02 PM - 5% - Load Configuration: Reading File

It stands at 5% and does not start the system .

try to restore the backup and continue the error Can someone help me

How large is your configuration file actually?

Hm, there is actually no limitation and the file size is okay as well. Please open up a support request and send us a support bundle from your installation via the PRTG Administration Tool's "Log" tab ("Send logs to Paessler"). Please also send the configuration file so we can have a look.
