Hi

Enterprise console won't connect to the server running locally.

It complains the versions are incompatible.

Server is running latest version.

When I download and try to re-install the console it fails with a message saying I need to upgrade the full server....but it wont upgrade since it is the latest already.

How can I upgrade the console (which is an older version than the server)?

If I re-install PRTG over the existing one, will I lose my settings and existing sensors/devices?

Luis, can you share some screenshots showing the versions? If you just re-install the PRTG Server you will not lose settings or data (if you want to play it safe though, follow this link to our PRTG Backup guide).
