Hi eleynes, from a short look to the manufacturer websites froum it looks like the monitoring capabilities of the devices are very limited. At least the Uptime should be available over SNMP GET.
Depending on your actual Device it should also be possible to configure it to send out SNMP Traps which you then can check with the SNMP Trap Sensor
Some errors you can export by email notification so you could use an Imap/Pop Sensor with content check.
