I have the problem, that I can't connect mit my prtg iOS App via 3G. In the same WLAN or via vpn it works perfekt. But when I'm outside it will not work.

In the App I click on new Account type a name and for server I take my DynDNS Name or I tried dns/IP from the prtg instance.

Port 443 for https and login Name and Password.

But I get only error messages. Can someone can help me?

Hello, You need to set-up NAT rules in your gateway to forward the external queries to your PRTG Server. Like for example your external IP address is 98.129.129.129:443 and you would need to NAT this to your internal server 10.131.20.31:443.
