Voice pager is to call a phone number and then type a numeric number such as call back number. I have POTS line and modem to do pager call via USB or Serial.
Have you guys ever implemented this kind of notification ?

I quess you would have to write a Custom Notification for this.
Connecting to the modem on its serial interface and using the Basic Hayes AT command set you can dial a number with an instruction like:
