I am not able to find the MIB file for IBM XIV. Tried several links, but nothing gives the correct one. Can you provide the link and with all the OIDs.

Please be aware that we don't store or distribute MIB files. You should contact the vendor of your device/product and ask for the files, as they're part of your product if it's specification state SNMP Support.
If that's unsuccessful, you may try performing a Walk of 1.3.6.1.4 (private) using our SNMP Tester as it will list all OID's and values to which the device replies to. The issue then will be identifying what each individual OID means(which is the purpose of MIB Files).
