1) Can the QoS parameters like service response time, upload time etc can be monitored for cloud renderfarm services like renderingfox.com etc.

2) If yes what are the QoS parameters that can be measured?

3) can we monitor them when we use their service and what is the procedure?

I'm afraid that there is no native sensor to monitor renderfarms. Maybe someone in the community managed to create a custom sensor to measure the QoS parameters and will share the results.

If the overlying management software supports standard protocols like i.e. SNMP, you can follow this link to import the MIB file.
