Hi,

Just trying to test out the PRTG Cloud Sensors and both Cloud ping and Cloud Http are returning the following:

HTTP/1.1 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR (RFC error # 500)

Wondering if this is a problem with my setup or with your cloud?

Hi Matthew,

Updating PRTG should fix this, since there have been several enhancements regarding the Cloud Sensors. I would advice adding Cloud HTTP Sensors anew, since there also have been changes to the locations, which would lead to 0-results for the missing locations in existing Cloud Sensors. Also make sure that https://api.prtgcloud.com/ is reachable in order for the sensors to work.

Before updating PRTG, please make sure to be aware of that customized email templates do not longer work. Please see current Release Notes November 2015 - Version 15.4.21 for details.
