Sensor Probe Health show as disconnected

IN PRTG we are seeing prob health check status is disconnected and unable to see any alarms in PRTG . how to trouble shoot this issue? it was working before. Now we can receive mails about device down or up but no alarms in PRTG tool.

Please specify if the sensor of the local probe is shown as disconnected, or if a remote probe is affected.
