Dear Sir,

I always Generate the Report for UP and Down time for some brnaches but the report coverage is showing 100% even the there is downtime show error or average shows error but still I get covegare 100%.

can you explain me what is this coverage, and how can i generate the report where I can see the clear up and doen time for branch.
