I would like to know if it is doable or achieved alreay the following idea:

- Running QoS reflector script or APP on a 4G mobile habdset, more likely Android based UE that will bounce back udp packets up to the PRTG server sitting in the network.

PRTG server --> ePC --> eUTRAN --> UE

Hi,
I'm not aware of anyone who might have tried this yet. You might have a look at QPython here but I'm not quite sure if you can get down to the low level (sockets) needed here.
So I don't know whether this will work or not. Best regards
