Previously i have monitor oracle DB with no problem, ada our DB change to RAC enviroment then the PRTG cannot get connected.

As RAC is a clustered DB I'm afraid we do not officially support monitoring Oracle RAC. As this is not a supported feature we also have not tested wit RAC and so I'm afraid I cannot give any instructions here.
