Hello,
Our Network is behind firewall and proxy.
I wish to know what are the required IP address and ports for sending the PRTG Support Bundle.

Hello,
The supportbundle is now sent via the PRTG Cloud (as of PRTG version 15.4.20). It then needs port 443, and the URL:
https://api.prtgcloud.com:443
It is not possible to define an exact IP, as the underlying Amazon Web Services use a range of IPs (which you could discern on https://ip-ranges.amazonaws.com/ip-ranges.json).
best regards
