We have a Problem using the custom sensor with a library of an Fujitsu Server. This is what we get after choosing the library:

No Such Name (SNMP-Fehler # 2)

This is the resolution of the SNMP Tester using the uptime test:

----------------------- New Test -----------------------
Paessler SNMP Tester 5.2.1
30.10.2015 15:49:07 (1 ms) : Device: 172.17.44.60
30.10.2015 15:49:07 (1 ms) : SNMP V1
30.10.2015 15:49:07 (2 ms) : Uptime
30.10.2015 15:49:07 (5 ms) : SNMP Datatype: ASN_TIMETICKS
30.10.2015 15:49:07 (5 ms) : -------
30.10.2015 15:49:07 (6 ms) : DISMAN-EVENT-MIB:ysUpTimeInstance = 10835 ( 108 seconds )
30.10.2015 15:49:07 (10 ms) : SNMP Datatype: ASN_TIMETICKS
30.10.2015 15:49:07 (11 ms) : HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSystemUptime.0 = 134471 ( 22 minutes 24 seconds )
30.10.2015 15:49:07 (12 ms) : Done

We have used the "stable" MIB-Importer to create the library. Other SNMP sensors like Hardware state was imported succesfully.

Do you have any idea where the problem is?

Article Comments

Seems like the MIB file contains counters that the server does not deliver. Is the fujitsu serverview agent installed as well?

edit
It could be that the MIB you used to create an OIDLIB to use in PRTG may not match the device. Scan the device again using the option "Scan OIDLIB" loading the created OIDLIB. Also to verify which counters the device actually has, you can use the option "Walk" on OID 1.3.6 and scan the device. Save the results of those scans, create screenshots from the device's settings and send it to support@paessler.com
