Having read through the KB regarding PRTG Android on BES. I assume that people are trying to install PRTG for Android on a Blackberry handset.
As you state this is not possible. But could it be done on an Android handset within the Blackberry workspace which is installed onto a Android handset ie. Google Nexus 6 etc?
Blackberry provide a tool to wrap the apk, then it needs re-signing. Once this is done will it not work?
