All of a sudden, my Google Analytics sensors stopped working showing:
The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
What can I do to get this sensor working again?
Article Comments
Google has changed its authentication policy, not allowing username/password credentials anymore.
The only authentication allowed now is OAuth2 which involves the exchange of authentication tokens.
The current Google Analytics sensor uses the username/password authentication and therefore stopped working. Paessler is working on a OAuth2 version which will be available in the stable version within a few months.
If you need the Google Analytics sensor back on line before that, you can download GAnalyticsXML from http://prtgtoolsfamily.com/downloads/sensorsxml.
Please follow the steps in the manual to register the sensor with your Google Analytics account.
