I want to check my vSphere 6.0 and all my ESX 6.0 servers with PRTG.

So i installed the sensor with "root" on my ESX hosts. But when i check my esx host in my vSphere client, I see every second a PRTG message. So my complete log is filled with PRTG warning on my ESX host,

The delay is set on 60 seconds.

Is it still in beta? We have version 15.3.18.3616+ installed. When will we be able to check vSphere 6.0 and ESX 6.0 servers with PRTG?

Monitoring of vSphere 6.0 is already possible (though with the consequence of the log entries). We will release a new version of the VMware Sensors with version 15.x.19 of PRTG, which will use a session pooling and thus improve the situation with the log entries.

Update of this issue:

Update 15.3.19 (September 2015) did implement the new VMware (SOAP) sensor:

"The VMware Datastore (SOAP) sensor monitors the disk usage of a VMware data store. This sensor type supersedes the outdated SSH VMWare ESX(i) Disk sensor. The VMware (SOAP) sensors now also support session pooling. You can define session pooling in the device settings."
