Our Prtg ticket system doesn't work properly: the web page return an Ajax Error PE1113: timeout. Since we don't use Prtg ticket system, can I just delete ticket database ticketdata.dat and start over? Thanks

Hi there,

You can stop the PRTG Core Server Service and rename / delete the ticketdata.dat file. PRTG will create a new datatabase as soon as the Core Server service is started again.

The default location for the above mentioned file is file is:

C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Ticket Database\
