Hello,
I would like to monitor my wan bandwidth - I.E: Network provider gives me 30Mbps download speed and 2Mbps upload, i would like to make sure this is the speed i get and to be notified when download speed falls under 10Mbps and upload under 2Mbps for more then few minutes.

Just create an http advanced sensor, In the get field use a 1MB file (e.g. http://cachefly.cachefly.net/1mb.test)
The sensor will download the file. There is a channel which shows you the bandwidth. Now define limits on that channel.
Please consider to change the scan intervall to 30 minutes or 1h.
