PRTG Probe Service and PRTG Core Server Service are running, still PRTG shows "Probe device disconnected". Web server is running, all else appears normal. Server is reachable by any means, no apparent errors found in System or Application Log. All probes appear greyed out.

For analysis, please send a support bundle to support@paessler.com. This can be done by using the PRTG webinterface, menu Setup / Contact Support. Please include a description of the issue with the disconnected probes.

The support bundle contains a selection of important log files and an overall status overview which provides us a good starting point for analysis.
