Ping sensor issue

I am able to ping a remote device from my PC but i am not able to do the same using Ping sensor

Can you also ping the device from your PRTG Server pc?

i am able to ping from the device where PRTG is installed. please let me know the procedure to increase the monitoring time since my average ping response is around 300ms

The ping sensor has a timeout setting that defaults to 5 sec. Please have a look at this setting in the sensors setting page.
