how do I update software version with no internet access?

I need to upgrade the software but do not have internet access.

How about just download the newest version on a different Computer and install it over the actual installation?

As already suggested, please download the installer from the internet. If you use the free version with 100 sensors, you can get the latest version here.

If you use a commercial PRTG, please log into your Paessler account here to get to you personal page.

Downloading a commercial version requires having active maintenance for that license. If you need additional maintenance, please contact sales@paessler.com.
