I saw this had been asked 5 years ago or so, but wanted to see if the the newer releases had any way of dealing with this.
When we have servers with multiple IP addresses bound to them PRTG obviously detects the server twice. Is there any way to manually go in and tell a device that it has multiple IPs and converge that data into a single device?
We have a lot of servers with multiple IPs and it gets a bit messy to sort through and present in an understandable way.

Hello,
Currently, you can only configure 1 IP address for each device. If needed, you can use a "Sensor Factory" sensor to combine the results of sensors from server with multiple IP´s into one.

Hi prolix21
I don't know if I like my answer (hacky), but how about block the PRTG Probe on the additional IP's in the Windows firewall?
