Is it possible to use scheme for e-mail and SMS notifications. We have employees that work in shifts, the first person would require to get notification between 8:00 and 18:00. The one that is working on a emergency shift will get alarm notificvations 24x7.

yes, you can use the Scheduling Function of PRTG to pause notifications for certain times.
